These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ShipKorea.in and our courier and logistics services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
ShipKorea.in provides courier, DDP shipping, customs support, proxy shopping, sourcing and related logistics between India and South Korea, subject to applicable laws and carrier availability.
2. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges are confirmed after your parcel is weighed and measured at pickup. Volumetric weight may apply.
3. Prohibited items
You must not ship items prohibited by law or by customs in India or South Korea. You are responsible for the accuracy of declared contents and value.
4. Customs & duties
You are responsible for providing accurate documentation. Duties and taxes are payable per the destination country's rules; DDP shifts these to the sender at the quoted estimate.
5. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value and any insurance purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or events beyond our control.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
